It reminds me of a toy jet I had that worked on the same spring/gear motor system. Even if you don't like it I'm sure your pets would love chasing it around.

Here is the Tweet:
We’re in #LA kicking off the world premiere of the @BumblebeeMovie with a showcase of our #Transformers #BumblebeeMovie products! Who’s ready to #JoinTheBuzz?
And here are the toys:
Speed Series Cliffjumper
Nitro Series Blitzwing
Nitro Series Dropkick
While these are of course aimed at kids and not collectors, the toys have been selling well with good word of mouth regarding value, durability and the gimmick. So these could be fun toys to add to any kid's Christmas stocking.
Here are the images posted with the tweet showing the new toys, enjoy!

Eh, considering it as a callback to that red variant back in G1

He actually is, he has the same body as Cybertron Bumblebee but with a movie-vied G1 Cliffjumper head.
I have a picture of him someone shared online on insta but I'm not gonna post it because you know...I don't wanna get banned.
It was like this except with a G1 Cliffjumper shaped head.
Edit this is Bumblebee's Cybertron form so it's like this for Cliff but red and a different head.

It's likely that Hot Rod and Barricade were at one point considered for the movie early on but were eventually dropped when the idea that this film "might" be a reboot came around.

Also, this now means all 3 main Bee movie cons have this sized toy for both a land and air mode! pretty sweet really. I might get the jet Shatter and car Dropkick to go with their Studio Series selves so I have all 3 modes

He actually is, but not sporting that particular body.

That's the picture I have as well but I don't think it's allowed to be posted since that's a picture from a theater right?
(Then again all the other sites still have that pic up so maybe Hasbro/Paramount are letting off in that instance?)
Cliff looked great and he was cool in the movie. (That's all I'll say)

I'm guessing he suffered the same fate as his TFP counterpart judging from the blade through his chest?

Combat Zero wrote:I'm guessing he suffered the same fate as his TFP counterpart judging from the blade through his chest?
Well...spoilers
He get's interrogated by Shatter and Dropkick after they track the poor guy and his pod down somewhere around Saturn, one of it's moons I think Cliff doesn't tell them anything though just repeating his name and rank (It's a military thing in real life) as well as saying that he is valuable alive and that they will be rewarded with his safe return and he's clearly horrified when Dropkick decides to slice him in half...vertically so basically he suffered an Ambulon/Aoe Lockdown, afterwards the two Decepticons track Bee to Earth, so Cliffjumper was actually fairly close to where Bee was and it's possible that if he landed on Earth that the two could of met up but alas this was not to be, I personally would of had Bee and Cliff together at the start of the film and the two get split up due to Blitzwing and Sector 7, with Cliff trying to find Bumblebee afterwards and then have Shatter and Dropkick find and interrogate him for answers and then kill him, would of had the same effect but make Cliff have a slightly more emotional connection to the audience and get some use out of the character since well he's dead now. So yeah that blade is Dropkick's, I actually have a pic of the two interrogating Cliff and a better look at the scene environment.

This is what I meant, he isn't a red VW Beetle.
So I take it Barricade isn't actually in the movie then?

The toys are Shatter, who is in jet mode with her battle mask on many of her toys, and Bumblebee is in his classic Camaro mode, without his battle mask. The listings are: Bumblebee with the one image, Bumblebee with all images, and Shatter.
So thought's on these new, interesting figures? Let us know below!

Articulation is pretty minimal like the rest of the line, but is that double elbows I see on Dropkick? Sure, it's all for the transformation, but take the extra range of motion where you can get it. I mean, Nitro Bumblebee doesn't even have elbows and it's his toy line!
So what do you think of Nitro Dropkick and Blitzwing? Sound off in the Energon Pub and keep coming back to Seibertron for all the latest Transformers news.

He's not a Triple Changer, just a Seeker who so happens to be a Seeker, I saw the film during the screenings on the 8'th so I can confirm this.
If there ends up being a Studio Series Blitzwing it's gonna be a normal Seeker, Bot to jet.

Whay that name tho? Like if Astrotrai was there but he could only transform into a space shuttle. Bee Blitzwing could have been called Ramjet and be a conehead or something.
Anyway, I call an easy Nitro Zeus repaint like they did for Thundercracker.

*Shrugs*
I presume a combination of things like trademark and a leftover for when this was still a prequel as a (Movie spoiler about character) Throwaway Decepticon featured in trailers to kill off, akin to Bonecrusher and Sideways
But honestly were gonna have to wait and see to learn why this particular character had that respective name.
If it makes you feel better his name isn't even mentioned in the movie. (Although it is in the credits)

For a recent major example, AoE Hound is obviously more a Bulkhead in terms of design. But Prime was already taking care of the Bulkhead trademark while in the meantime Hound was vulnerable.
I'm pretty sure despite the similarities that Hound was always meant to be called Hound since the name exited since at least the early days of AOE filming since it was the only name announced at the time (We didn't know who Drift and Crosshairs were for sure heck when we first heard their names Crosshairs was still going by "Slingshot") and the only name of the 3 new Autobots said multiple times and the only one who's name was said by humans (Crosshairs only had one name call from Drift and voice acting is usually done at a later stage then the filming for the most part)
Just a personal theory of mine, not a true fact or anything.

Liking the dropkick figure, which has to be my first for the non studio series Bumblebee toys-kind of feels Battletrapish.

That make total sense. And the fact that Blitzwing's name is mentioned only in the credits and on the toy box is a nice compromise.

You're crazy... well no cos i literally said the same sorta thing 2 minutes before you did. This figure's probably got worse articulation in general but yeah there's something a bit more appealing about it overall

I think it’s the fact that the arms are bulkier and that there’s more blue on it

There's also the Igniters Power Blitzwing figure so Hasbro does consider him a Triplechanger even if he doesn't appear as one in the movie.
