*facepalm* I just spent an hour on Facebook going off on folks and I genuinely thought that by jumping over here I MIGHT have SOME chance of seeing or experiencing a sense of normalcy or maybe get a glimmer of hope regarding my thoughts on humanity in general. WTF was I thinking??

And I'm sure Sorenson was able to fulfill his goal of finding something for both the hardcore fan and the newcomer, in terms of insights and information!

What's been edited?fenrir72 wrote:So marvel issue#1 had some scenes edited. A pity.........

The scene where the Decepticon cruiser launches.
The scene where just after the Autobots clears the the asteroid field, Optimus praises the efforts of the crew and promises to double the efforts to end the 1000 year old war.
The scene where the Autobots regroup to retaliate, the one with Optimus and Jazz, that was not in issue #1. Their efforts were impossible to sustain panel is different from the actual comic.

Aside from the one in bold (with Jazz having his colors corrected), I can't see any differences other than the comic page colors being remastered.fenrir72 wrote:@ Saber.

To clarify, I am referring to the black and white scenes besides the foreword.
Check the panel top right page (the one with #5)the entire scene never appeared except for the focused blow up of Prime's face, the lower left panel lower left page (the one with #4)the 3rd scene where the Decepticon craft takes off, it was rendered differently in the comic and finally the lower right panel first scene of the top face. The Seekers taking flight..........that was again drawn different.
Unless my issue #1 is a variant which was already pushing 25 pages already lol!

Ah, that explains everything. I thought you were referring to some edits made to the colored comic images from the original version, like how Jazz is correctly colored white in this release instead of incorrectly gold like in the original comic.fenrir72 wrote:To clarify, I am referring to the black and white scenes besides the foreword.

I wonder if some enterprising fan would re draw the story using DW/DonF style mechs.........that would send shivers down my legs.
