Jedi Kermit has pointed us to a press release just revealed two days ago, detailing new information on the Toys R Us buyout that has been going on for quite some time.

-TRU is being purchased by an investment group consisting of Bain Capital Partners LLC, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and L.P. and Vornado Realty Trust.

These statements discuss, among other things, our strategy, store openings and renovations, future financial or operational performance, anticipated cost savings, results of restructurings, anticipated domestic or international developments, our proposed merger, and other goals, targets and future occurrences and trends.
