Fagerbakke voiced Bulkhead, a mustachioed and goggled Autobot helicopter, and other characters. The series ran until 2009.
Did I miss something? I think they need to recheck their facts.

Excellent memory, sir. I'm quite sure the Autobots will be taking a "stand" against tyranny in this film.

Um, there is a helicopter-Bulkhead, in Energon series. And I guess you can say he might have goggles (depending how you see it). But as far as I know, he has a mouthplate, not moustache. Plus, he was voiced by French Tickner. And the series ran in 2004-2005.
Bill Fagerbakke voiced Animated Bulkhead, who was a SWAT Assault Truck. Animated series ran 'till 2009
So, I guess they messed up a little bit. Their facts are a bit mixed.

Is energon an instrument?
No Optimus, you had it set to M for Minicon, when you should have had it set to W for Wheeljack!
*phone rings* "Hi, is this the NEST base?"
"No, this is Bulkhead." *hangs up*

"Hey, Skids, I wanna' tell you a story. It's called the ugly Autobot. Once, there was an ugly Autobot, and he was so ugly that everyone died! The end."
