And it is.......Red Alert! The recent Palisades Collectors Club article, Made In China, shows 3D renders of the next Transformers statue. Red Alert is being designed by George Tremarco, the same designer as the Shockwave, Soundwave and Wheeljack statues.

Fan2Fan have posted scans of the new Transformers First Series Complete Book from Jive Entertainment. The scans show a whole host of G1 merchandise the most interesting of which being a unproduced prototype drawing for G1 Arcee.

Jive Entertainment have put up a page advertising a new japanese book dedicated to the G1 Transformers series. The encyclopedia called
Transformers First Series Complete covers both Japanese and US releases, comprehenisive pictures of the figures, and infomation on the Characters role in the TV series. Interestingly the book also compares the figures with thier earlier Diaclone versions.
Transformers First Series Complete is sheduled for release on December 17th release, has 144 pages, and is priced a 2800 Yen (about $26.69 USD).

Toy News International has reported that the new Palisades Thundercracker statue will be an exclusive to
Palisades Direct. This will be the third exclusive recolour of the Palisades Starscream statue, the previous ones being Skywarp (smallblueplanet.com exclusive) and Sunstorm (Diamond Comics exclusive).

Diamond Comics have added a product page to their site for the Palisades statue of
Sunstorm. This figure will be a Previews Exclusive, limited to just 300 pieces worldwide, so you'd better get in early! You can view the product page, (which includes an image of the figure)

Palisades have answered a couple of questions regarding their upcoming Transformers releases on their forum. These were:
I am wondering will soundwave and laserbeak be released before christmas. If not how about Arcee?
All of the above will be.
Is there any chance on getting statues WITHOUT battle damage? (asked by our own Raymond T)
All of them have some minimal damage, but none will be as beaten up as the first two were
