While the Transformers Cyberverse Optimus with Battle Trailer playset is a Toysrus exclusive anywhere which still has a Toysrus, we now know who is going to carry it in the US: Walmart. It has been found in stores very well stocked for the rather affordable $30 USD (see this Optimus actually comes with a trailer and costs $20 less than
the upcoming G1 reissue). This was part of a new Bumblebee themed display sent to Walmart from Hasbro. The display also had Studio Series figures and the latest wave of deluxed sized Rescue Bot Academy figures which includes Hot Shot. Those were priced at $7.88 and you can talk about them
in their thread if you so desire. We thank Scottimus Prime for letting us know of this sighting.

Fellow Seibertronians, we have a very tantalizing rumor to pass along! Our own Shajaki has pointed us to some pictures gleaned from the Facebook group
Transformers Never Die. The pictures depict none other than the most famous of all Autobots, Optimus Prime, in all his G1 glory (minus his trailer). He's packaged in the same style of retro "Vintage G1 Transformer" box that Hasbro has used this year for the Walmart Starscream and Hot Rod G1 reissues. Not a lot information is to be found yet about this mysterious addition to the "Vintage G1" line-up. These pictures may have been taken at a Taiwan trade show. If anyone is able to translate any of the information on the post on TFND or anything in the comments, please let the Seibertron New Crew know so that we can update this story! For now, enjoy what could very well be appearing on Walmart shelves in the near future in the United States and Canada!
Take particular note of the first picture. This alleged Vintage G1 Optimus Prime release is sitting atop the soon-to-be released Transformers Siege Leader Shockwave and Leader Ultra Magnus. You can just make out "Decepticon Shockwave" on the left box and WFC-S13 on the box on the right, which is the designation for Ultra Magnus in the War for Cybertron: SIEGE line.
What do you think of the possibility of getting another reissue of G1 Optimus Prime, but without his signature trailer? Is this a hoax? A clever knock-off? A Hasbro Asia exclusive? Tell us what you think in the comments below as we delve deeper into this mystery. As always, stay tuned to Seibertron.com for all the latest news on everything Transformers!

With the Bumblebee film releasing wide soon, Toysrus Canada has reorganized to move ALL Transformers toys to the front of the store to set up a massive display. What you will see below can be found as soon as you walk into the store with huge Bumblebee Banners atop the plentiful pegs. While the Bumblebee toys are heavily featured and stocked, all Transformers toys can be found there, including the latest releases like Siege (Canada only has the Battle Masters so far) and BotBots. It is definitely striking to see this display amidst the holiday seasons since every Transformers live action film until now was a summer release, but it defintely makes for a more fun display and centers Transformers as the toys to get this holiday season.

Fellow Seibertronian TRozok21 has found the Transformers Siege Battlemasters in a Canadian Toysrus.
TRozok21 wrote:Earlier today I found and picked up the Wave 1 Battlemasters from WFC Siege at the Toys R Us at St. Laurent in Ottawa
Priced at $7.99 each
This is the only size class found in Canada for Siege at big box retail stores but more are sure to follow. There have also been new sightings for the Bumblebee movie toys the past weeks like
Energon Igniter Power Series Shatter (jet) and
Power Plus Series Shatter (car). Clicking on those links will bring you to Walmart.ca where they can be ordered if you wish.
Also concerning Transformers in Canada, both the Bumblebee movie line and Studio Series line are on sale this week at Toysrus. The Bumblebee toys are up to 30% off while the Studio Series line is 25% off. The sale ends Friday the 14th. These toys and characters are proudly featured in Toysrus' promotional material, which you can see below.

It was asked where the Botbots would be found when they got to retail and it turns out that they are neither in the boy or girl aisle. As it turns out, they were found at a US Walmart in the stocking stuffer bins. In Canada, some have been found at the checkout line.
Only the single "blind bags" have been found at brick and mortar retail so far and it turns out that those include the rarest figures, since some characters are only found through blind bags. There is a way to figure out which character is in the bling bag since there is an number scratched into the bottom right of the back of the card. You can see numbers 16 and 9 below which correspond to Slobber Rock and S.A. Cheez, as you can tell from the list below, courtesy of
tformers.com.
1 - Stinkasaurus Rex
2 - Scrub-A-Dub
3 - Nobeeoh
4 - Cocoa Crazy
5 - Sippy Slurps
6 - Remorsel
7 - Skillz Punk
8 - Fomo
9 - S.A. Cheez
10 - S'up Dawg
11 - Twerple Bubble
12 - Spud Muffin
13 - Rootwing
14 - Venus Frogtrap
15 - Fun Gus
16 - Slobber Rock
17 - Frostferatu
18 - Dimlit
19 - Professor Wellread
20 - Snippy Snappy
21 - Totes Magotes
22 - Cranks
23 - Batsby
24 - Kidd Klobber

Over in Canada, the blind packs containing one figure were found at Toysrus in the province of Ontario for $3.99 CAD each. They were in the Transformers section, and not the blind bag area. This was reported by Lioconvoy81 over at
Cybertron.ca.
This is great news to many who were hoping to use these as stocking stuffers this Christmas. If you want to see these toys in detail before you buy them, we have a gallery for every single character
here.

The sighting was made by fellow Seibertron user,
