Fellow fan and Seibertronian, Ravage XK pointed us in the direction of an Angry Birds Transformers update for iOS. Here's what he had to share with us:

Just had an update for the ios version of the game. Said it was for small fixes to make the game even better.
However, it seems to be the update Android users have been enjoying for a while.
Seems to have delivered the same updated features including:
Updated Map.
New trophy.
Tweaks to the city based levels to highlight bridge switches.
Bots have been rearranged in the barracks and two new ones are shadowed out.
That's not all, the Rovio Entertainment YouTube channel has posted a new video to promote this update, and you can watch the video in the embed below:
This is awesome news for the iOS gamers among us and if you haven't joined the other gamers, well now's the time and you can do so by downloading it from iTunes by clicking right here. (Android users already have these updates, it appears and those gamers can download the Android version of the game by clicking here to go to the Google Play store.)

Greetings gamers! The Beast Wars have come to the shores of DeNa's Transformers: Battle Tactics. You can join the battle with Megatron and Waspinator with a chance to walk away with Optimus Primal and Cheetor if you're the victor. The mobile game has modeled the characters after their original 96' toys (with the dead giveaway being Waspinator's grey noggin). Today DeNA announced the first event featuring Beast Wars for TRANSFORMERS: BATTLE TACTICS, the turn-based tactical mobile game that lets players assemble teams of iconic AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS. Beast Wars Episode 1 runs from April 9 through April 14, when players can collect, fight alongside and take control of classic Maximals and Predacons like Waspinator, Cheetor and Megatron in his ferocious T-Rex Alt Mode!
Another update from the Transformers: Legends mobile game, this time heading back to the past! The official blog mentions how they will be replaying some older favourites, starting with the Dark Cybertron event - including an update on a bug for iOS users. Starting in April we will be re-running classic TRANSFORMERS Legends episodes. All character and weapon card stats featured in these classic episodes have been updated.
Since there have been numerous changes over the years to TRANSFORMERS Legends, you may notice that some of the events have different reward payouts. This is intentional; we did not want to put in cards that were not there during the Episodes original launch dates.

Dear TRANSFORMERS Legends Fans,
We are currently experience technical issues deploying builds to iOS. Because of this you will be receiving an ‘ui_eventmanifestfailure’ error when launching the game.
This episode is currently in pre-registration so this will not effect forming teams when the event starts tomorrow.
We are working hard to resolve the issue and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.
After Menasor's Might, time for a new update with Transformers: Battle Tactics from DeNA, and the Aerialbots take centre stage! The new event - Superion's Guard - is now live, as notified by the game's official Facebook page. Check out the new art below.

Thanks to a tip from fellow Seibertron.com member kaliaticus, we report that Rovio has released a new update for the Angry Birds Transformers mobile device game,to include new structures on the map, as well as upcoming features and challenges and two new playable characters, whose identities are yet unknown. Fellow Seibertron.com member Starsaber468 has spotted a new update on the Transformers: Legends blog, detailing the new event for the mobile game, including some new planet-tastic artwork. Check it all out below, and feast your eyes on the cosmic brothers Primus and Unicron!
TRANSFORMERS Legends - “Battle of the Brothers” has begun!
The AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS are locked in fierce battle over an experimental space bridge designed by JETFIRE. GALVATRON, intent on using it to transport weapons of mass destruction straight into enemy territory, orders his forces to use any means to secure it.
A stray shot from someone’s weapon strikes the space bridge, causing it to overload and explode. RODIMUS, JETFIRE, and GALVATRON and their teams are blown backwards through time, to before the creation of Cybertron.
There they discover the two brothers, PRIMUS and UNICRON, locked in titanic combat. The universe trembles with each blow, until finally the both withdraw, summoning forces to their sides to aid in the battle.
GALVATRON, in his madness, decides to ally his DECEPTICONS with UNICRON, ignoring the fact that the destruction of PRIMUS will spell his end as well. Meanwhile, RODIMUS, JETFIRE and the AUTOBOTS, realizing the stakes, throw all of their strength behind the creator of the Cybertronians.
Will PRIMUS prevail over his brother, the Chaos Bringer? Or will UNICRON finish the creator and erase the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS from existence? Find out in TRANSFORMERS Legends - “Battle of the Brothers”!
UPDATE - All players in this Team Battle Episode have a chance of receiving a reward of 40 Battle Cubes from any of the bosses encountered. This is on top of the normal Boss payouts.
Fellow Seibertronian STngAR has pointed us in the direction of the Transformers: Legends mobile device game blog, as a new update rolls out! The second part of the Key to Vector Sigma episode is currently out, and you can read more about it below, as well as checking out the artwork of Aerialbot combiner Superion.
Back on Earth, the DECEPTICONS discover that the key to Vector Sigma is able to transmute whatever it touches into metal. Knowing that they have this, and the might of MENASOR, the DECEPTICONS decide that they will turn the Earth into a new Cybertron.
Teletraan 1 detects the energy of the key being used to convert parts of the area around a major northwestern city into metal, and alerts the AUTOBOTS. The AERIALBOTS join their new allies and head there, intent on stopping the DECEPTICONS from destroying the Earth’s environment with the key.
The STUNTICONS, upon seeing their hated rivals among their newly arrived enemies, charge towards them, intent on turning them into scrap. An instant later, a mighty battle erupts around them and the AERIALBOTS, leaving members of both factions out of commission.
As the fight rages on, MOTORMASTER, DEAD END, and the other STUNTICONS combine to become MENASOR. With a mighty roar, he lumbers onto the battlefield, knocking combatants flying as he storms towards the AERIALBOTS. Seeing the giant approach, they merge to form SUPERION, surprising their rival. Without a moment’s hesitation, they take MENASOR on hand-to-hand.
Can SUPERION turn the tide back against the DECEPTICONS? Or will MENASOR finish off the AUTOBOTS’ newest warriors? Find out on TRANSFORMERS Legends - “Key to Vector Sigma, Part 2”!
Transformers Rising has been through a rollercoaster ride and it doesn't look like it's over just yet. First it was announced, then it was denied a US release, then it was ready for release stateside and now it's delayed again.

The website is currently live and provides links to downloads for both Android and iOS, but the action of downloading was unsuccessful for many who tried and there seems to be no further info available outside of what Efun said above.
According to the Transformers: Rising Facebook page, apparently the US version released last week was for English speakers in the Asian areas of the world. The page does confirm that the US version is in development.
We can only hope they'll get the game's issues figured out and that a release will be here as soon as possible, and we'll keep you updated as we find out any new information we get to share with you.
