If I can see the figure in a normal pic with a real backround, then I can say he did a great job !!!

I think it's scale actually works better with non MP figures...
Also glad the TFW people are posting there customs here since for some reason I don't have an account there...But man, this is AWESOME.

Don't get me wrong, Astrotrain for Astrotrain is GORGEOUS, but as also a model railroader, I feel a lot of For example, the Masterpiece (and Alt) figures have hit close to what we call G scale--GArden railroads. a "scale", even a smaller one to meet size limitations, and a live wheelset (rolls) would've made this an Ace. If one wanted, the headlight with a power pickup from the track is a sweet cake topper.
And though Astro never had one, a powered tenderto push him, EPIC.
Nevertheless, this is a very well done figure, and am glad to have seen it.

Blurrz wrote:To customizers, it's not always about making the greatest, or best figure. Sometimes it's all about simply conveying an idea into reality. While many customizers out there have had Masterpiece Astrotrain on the brain - Seibertron.com member wan_de_real has done it again. He's famous for his Masterpiece sized creations, and our favorite Decepticon transport is his latest selection. Not only is the figure massive, but it also won Sector70's Triple Changing Contest! For some eye candy, check out the pictures below!
