It was solicited in the November Previews, so maybe it'll hit comic stores, too.
And speaking of that...is it too late for me to order it?
Megazarak wrote:Is that supposed to mean that it won't hit mass retail? It would seem like a lost opportunity for Hasbro not to. Can anyone actually 100% confirm anything at this point or have we still not heard enough?

I don't know. I seem to remember reading somewhere a statement from Hasbro that it wasn't going to be released in retail, but that was before I saw it in the Previews.

metaphorge wrote:do the color differences between the reds on the Protector armor and the Battle in Space Rodimus appear as pronounced in person as it does in the photographs? I was hoping to get away with displaying at least my robot mode Protector using the Battle in Space version.

It's funny how often I hear comments similar to this. I'm the only photographer on Seibertron.com. These toys are all from my collection.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

Warpath has a new body?! Is this just artistic preference or an indication of Warpath getting a new toy?!

Looks a lot like the Legends version to me:

I can see the similarities, but it still begs the question of why this design was chosen where everyone else who isn't getting/hasn't gotten a new toy in recent times are using slightly stylized G1 character models. Why would Warpath be the exception?
Edit: I just remembered that Bumblebee is planed to have a new release here eventually, so the fact he's drawn in his old model just serves to confuse even more...

I ended up having to get three Classics Ultra Magnus figures to properly display the City Commander armor; to do this right for Rodimus & the Protector armor I'll need a total of four figures. Until the Battle in Space version appeared, I was resigned to having two Classics and two Henkei, but was hoping Battle in Space might let me ecomozie somewhat, even though I absolutely despise the painted window.)

I'm really curious as to how you display your toys. I know you make so many galleries as it is, but I think you should consider making a Seibertron collection thread in the Collection forum.
